Terms of Service
Terms
The agreement, in plain language.
The agreement between you and DigitalSoulVault, Inc.
The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is provided by DigitalSoulVault, Inc. (“we”, “us”).
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Where the service is available
The service is not available to users in the European Union or the United Kingdom. It is available to residents of California.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into your biography. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to upload content you have no right to upload, to harass anyone, or to attack or disrupt the service.
Payment
The service costs $15 per month.
The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, and it renews automatically each month at $15 until it is cancelled. A month runs from the date the subscription starts to the same date in the following month.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for: the service keeps working until that date, and the month already paid for is not refunded or pro-rated.
If the price changes, we tell account holders by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and the notice says how to cancel. Cancelling before that date means the old price is the last one charged.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep your data safe and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
